Hi,

The target of the shortcut should be:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE"

The start in parameter should be:
%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%

Can you check if this is what it says in the shortcut? To do this
please right click on the shortcut and choose properties.

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you please navigate to:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer

Right click on IEXPLORE.exe and drag it to where you want the
shortcut, then release the right mouse button and left click on
"create shortcut(s) here".

This should have the effect of creating the shortcut you require.

Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks.
