I'm looking for information about the different current men's hair
styles. Not just basic info about the difference between a layer cut
and a buzz-cut. I'm looking for more details about the different
sytles, what looks good on different people (size, hair color, facial
shape, etc.), and what it takes to maintain each sytle.

You might find this site interesting:

http://www.thehairstyler.com/

Once you've paid a membership fee ($14.95 for six months), you can
upload a photo of yourself (or of anybody) and try out a variety of
hair styles and coloring effects. They have 53 different styles for
men (excluding dreadlocks, which have their own category). Each style
has styling and maintenance tips and suggestions regarding what facial
shapes are most suited to the style.

Correction: the Hairstyler site has 318 styles for men. I got the
number 53 from the online demo, which is only a subset of the program.
