i want to buy a book written and illustrated by the canadian
author/artist named l.r. batchelor. it was published in the 1940's or
50's.  batchelor did work for numerous canadian and government
agencies including bell tel, canadian pacific rr, seagram's and merck.

"flatback and the acorn nuts" is a children's book
from which i have an original illustration.  i do have
a photo of the cover, and know it exists, but it sure is
tricky to find it.
