canadian respiratory therapists working in the USA

I would like to know and hear about other Canadian RRTs who have
relocated to the US.  How hard was it to find a job and get a visa?  I
do not have a bachelor's degree, but have been to university for three
years.  I am moving to the Northern New Jersey area.
