What is a good workout software?  

I am look for some windows software to track my workouts.  I have the
following requirements.

- Need a Palm OS component to be enter to enter details right at the gym.
- Need to be able to download data from a Polar hart rate monitor.
- Needs to be easy to use and cost under $200 (preferable under $100).
- Would be great if it helps track calories burned.
