Unfortunatley the best we can do it point out authorized memorabilia.
As you can imagine, we cannot predict when or where Mr Brady will be
at any given moment in order to say - go there and get his autograph,
and guarantee that he WILL give it to you.
From reading this article, if you find yourself at one of his games,
practices or in close proximity to him off the field, Tom Brady will
probably sign something for you if he has time, especially if it is
personalized and not intended for sale. In this article, Brady
recounts how he was refused an autograph by a major player (at the
time) and how it really had an impact on him back then. He knows how
if felt and he doesn't appear to have any interest in emulating that
that former star's selfish attitude:
"Patriot Games: Super Bowl MVP Brady Is Also Superstar Collector of
Cards, Autographed Footballs, Jerseys, Hockey Sticks"

(article about half way down the page)
Other than that, the only thing I know for sure is that no research
can predict what any man will or will not do when approached by a fan.
In this case however, as long as you are not impolite or obnoxious,
I'd say Tom Brady would most likley honor your request.
