My father asked for an evaculated coffee machine for Christmas. He
said that one of his friends purchased one at the Blue Heron
restaurant in the Lake of the Ozarks. After searching google for
hours for this evaculated coffee machine... I am left totally clueless
and completely frustrated. Here is my question:

What is an evaculated coffee machine (how does it work...and why is it
so unique?) and more importantly, give me the url to an online
retailer that I can purchase one from...

Thank you so much for your help.

Hello Zrike,
Not an answer, but why not call the restaurant and get it directly
from them? The page at
  http://www.lakeareachamber.com/pages/heron.htm
has a description and telephone number or search for
  "blue heron" restaurant ozarks
for more references.

Haha..that would be way too easy...right?? Well the problem is that
they are closed until the third weekend in March...so there is nobody
there to answer the phones... Thanks for your help.... Any other
ideas?

There is a type of coffeemaker whose trade name is "Vaculator." I
wonder if this could be the device your dad purchased from the
restaurant:

"The stainless steel finish on this coffee maker makes it extremely
easy to clean which saves you time. Vaculator is a private label
branding name of this Newco unit."

Pinkfreud- you just answered my question. You are right... it is a
vaculated coffee pot. I still wasn't convinced looking at the
pictures that cona had on the website b/c they looked fairly normal.
I was told that it looked kind of strange... so I kept searching and
found these pictures

Now I just have to find the right place to buy 'em... thanks again.
