I want to know about the market for outsourcing of CAD drafting work
(in the construction domain) in India, and a list of Indian companies
offering such service. Market information should include structure and
size of the industry, its maturity, hourly rates etc.

Please note that I am looking for very specific information. On the
net, I have found quite some companies in India that handle
outsourcing of CAD drafting for mechanical parts in the manufacturing
sector. However, that is not what I am looking for. I am looking for
companies that have experience in CAD drawings in the civil/structural
domain like bridges, highways, tunnels, ports and/or harbours. The
companies should also have some international clients. Drafting for
architectural services come close, but it is still not what I want.
Till now, I have been able to find only one that fits the bill -
