This can be accomplished by doing the following:

Left-click on the top-right corner of the data area, and
drag the cursor so as to highlight the entire area of the
5 row, 200 column cells. With the entire area highlighted,
right-click and select 'Copy'.

Now comes the tedious part. Assuming you counted correctly,
and there are exactly 5 rows by 200 columns, you must now
select exactly 5 columns by 200 rows in which to paste the
data. You must select an area that does not include any
of the area being copied. You can clean this up later.
It may be simplest to drop down to row 201 and select
A -> E, 201 -> 400. Actually, for the best results, you
may want to paste this into a new sheet in the same workbook,
or into a new file altogether. A small popup window will tell
you the number of rows and columns you have selected, and will
say "5c x 200r" when you've got it right. Having selected
this area, right-click again and select 'Paste Special'.
On the dialog box which results, check the box next to
'Transpose'. Click 'OK' and you're done!

You may wish to resize the cells or re-format the borders
of the cells at this point, but your data will be transposed
as you desired.

If you copied the data onto a different area of the same page,
you can now go back and delete the contents of the cells
containing the original data, and copy and paste the new
format into the primary area of the page. I would suggest
that, instead, you simply copy and paste the data into a
new file in the first place.
