I would like to know how websites like
www.cellforcash.com ,www.oldcellphone.com , and www.cashforcell.com are
able pay high prices for their used cell phone and make money from
that. They actually pay more for some used phones than you can get
brand new at a cell phone carries store. I know that they re-sell
those phones to other countries particularly south america. I need to
find their contacts of who they resell their phones to and also what
process they go through to re-sell the phones they pay consumers for.

they re-sell the old phones too here is some information.
cellforcash.com is owned by RMS Communnications Group Inc. (
http://www.rmscomm.com ), here is an article about them which gives
you some what of an idea on how its done.
http://www.wcjb.com/news.asp?id=8695 . I really need to know who are
the contacts (domestic and foreign) that these websites re-sell their
phones to.
