I would like the incident reports (in English)for the avalanche that
hit La Tour in the French Alps in Feb 1999.

I strongly suspect that the incident report has not been translated
into English.  I have the original investigation report in French, and
a wealth of information regarding the avalanche, maps etc.  Would you
like me to post the information I have as an answer?
