Hello.

The Test of Auditory Reasoning and Processing Skills (TARPS) by
Morrison F. Gardner used to be published by Psychological and
Educational Publications of California. See this entry at the Library
of Congress:
http://catalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?v3=1&DB=local&CMD=010a+93193166&CNT=10+records+per+page

I called Psychological and Educational Publications at 1-800-523-5775.
They informed me that the Test of Auditory Reasoning and Processing
Skills (TARPS) and other tests by Morrison Gardner have moved to
another publisher, Academic Therapy of Novato, California.

Academic Therapy Publications
20 Commercial Boulevard
Novato, CA 94949
1-800-422-7249
http://www.academictherapy.com/

I called them and confirmed that they are the publisher of Test of
Auditory Reasoning and Processing Skills (TARPS). They informed me
that there isn't a "revised" version, and they are, as far as they
know, selling the latest version of the test. Perhaps, you were
thinking of another test, TAPS-R : Test of Auditory-Perceptual
Skills-Revised. See the entry at the Library of Congress:
http://catalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?v3=1&DB=local&CMD=010a+00710963&CNT=10+records+per+page
The Test of Auditory-Perceptual Skills-Revised is also now published
by Academic Therapy.

----------

search strategy:
Library of Congress catalog: Test of Auditory Reasoning
"Psychological and Educational Publications"
"academic therapy"

I hope this helps.
