In such a competitive industry, no amount of keyword optimization
alone will get you high search engine rankings for worthwhile keywords
and phrases. You need to have links pointing to your site from quality
sites - as many as possible.

The previous comment is fine. But if you're talking about ranking in
more than 1 search engine, then the strategies are quite different for
each. If you're serious about achieving a decent ranking AND
MAINTAINING that ranking, you better consult a search engine strategy
analysist. They usually cost more than the $2.50 you're willing to
spend.

For $10 you want to get page 1 search engine placement.  Get real.
As far as keywords, your home page doesn't even have pharmacy or
prescription(s) or drug(s) in its title page.

customers will quickly leave your web site, and not order from you. 
Make the web site simple, easy to use, and easy to purchase.

Carry products such as synthroid.  Why in the world do you not carry synthroid?

Fourth, don't expect success to occur overnight.  Be patient, but get started.

I get 50 SPAM emails 'every' day from people wanting to sell me
Viagra.  I imagine that's a tough keyword to get a high ranking on.
