States of America. (directly/indirectly - please explain 

- funding by United States toward regimes/individuals
who've killed Iranian people. (backed up by real evidence, numbers, dates)

The second part of the question could be answered, since the public
record in the coup d'etat against the Mossadegh government is clear
and widely available, and the subsequent support for the Shah is
well-known. In the same vein, the support for the Iraqis during the
war with Iran is also well-known and well-documented.
