There is a confection called "Fondente Luisa" that is manufactured by
a chocolatier named Perugina. This candy is described as "a dark
chocolate with smooth filling and sumptuous pieces of caramelized
cocoa nibs." Could this be the candy you're looking for? If so, online
vendors seem to offer it only in a variety box along with several
other kinds of chocolates from Perugina.

Please let me know if you'd like information on how to order the
variety box that includes Fondente Luisa.

No The candy I have in mind looks like a sugar cube, but it is fruity
and soft inside. It takes on the color of the fruit. For example a
tangerine flavored would be orange. I hope this helps.

The Perugina company has been bought by Nestle, and it appears that
they now specialized in chocolates. I have found a candy from another
manufacturer that sounds very much like what you describe:

Fondants
by Romanengo
These stupendous candies look like sugar cubes, but melt in your mouth
like ice cream and will yield an intensity of flavor that has no
equals. This candy is the result of another quintessential artisanal
process by Romanengo. In their usual meticulous style, the sugar must
be boiled at different temperatures for each type of different fondant
assorted in this mix. Made with carefully selected real fruits
-raspberry, banana, orange, apricot, strawberry, pear, anice, mint,
and lemon.
