My brother is a urologist.  He has devised medical office software
specifically for use in urologist's offices.  

There are 6000+ urologists in the U.S.   The software would probably
be sold to physicians in private practive or group practice.  It is
unlikely large hospitals or HMOs would buy, because they typically
have "huge" software master contracts with big software firms already
in place.

My brother needs a list of corporations (or possibly private
investors) who would be interested in bringing this kind of medical
product to market.  The big medical software companies probably will
not be interested because they already have an installed base using
their own products.

However, there might be 2nd, 3rd, or 4th tier software or medical
firms that might have an interest.  Or, perhaps there are venture
capitalists or angel investors who specialize in medical products. 
Lastly, there may be incubators which specialize in medical firms.

A 5-star answer would be the names and mailing addresses of 10 organizations.
My brother's goal would be to send a short business plan to each, and
then hopefully arrange a meeting.
