Please tell me what the growth rate for Vinyl (PVC) has been this year
(2003) overall, and for flexible vs. rigid.

With the flexible and rigid and overall vinyl please provide the
1999-2002 average annual growth rates.

Within the key end use market for vinyl, please provide 2003 growth
rates and 1999-2002 growth rates. (These include flooring, pipe,
profile (window and door), siding, wire/ cable, consumer goods,
packaging, automotive, consumer.

I have found a very formidable source that should have the information
for both of your PVC questions.  They would be willing to give you
this information at no additional charge.  However, before I give you
the contact as an answer, I need to know that you do not represent a
potential competitor of theirs (ie., that you're looking to publish
this research or use it for reasons OTHER than expanding your business
or looking to get into one).

For your other PVC question (286124), they do not have data on the
"Powder Process Resin" growth rates.  If you'd like to decrease the
price of that question to accommodate this, feel free.

I suggest you to check the ICIS LOR website: http://www.icis.com. They
have many reports such as the "Plastic Market Monthly" including
prices for many polymers (PVC, PP, PET, PS, etc).
When a while ago I asked their rates through the portal
http://www.plasticworkers.com, it was 1.480,00 Euro per year. They'll
even send you a free sample for evaluation.
