I am in search of a liquid that has;
1. Transmission (T0) at NIR (1300 nm -1700 nm): > 90%
2. Refractive index (n) at 1550 nm: < 1.44
3. Bulk modulus (B): < 1.3 Gpa
4. Optical thermal coefficient: (dn/dT) < 3x10-4 /C
5. Boiling point above 250C
6. The liquid cannot attack glass or MP35

The liquid must be stable under pressure and temp up to 200C and 20,000psi.
