I am looking to convert a data dictionary .DCT file containing
economic data into a readable Excel file and extract some information
from it. I am new to the field of economic study and as such do not
own statistical packages like STATA. As such, I am looking for this
alternative to read the data. If you need the data dictionary .DCT
file, please  drop me a mail and I will be happy to send it to you.
