There are a lot of important specifications omitted, such as battery capacity, type, charge rate, etc. One quick-and-dirty approach would be to use two 12 volt chargers (which are much more readily available) in series to charge yours, assuming all the above specifications would match a 12-volt "version" of your battery. Sageworks -- There are off-the-shelf 24V chargers.
