I am looking for sites that give you a virtual visa/mastercard that
you can use to shop online sites like www.privatebuy.com.
But I want a site where i can view my statement for that virtual
credit card online.
That is if i make a purchase i want to be able to view it in my
virtual visa/mc account on that site.I know it will show up on my
actual credit card at the end of the month but i want to be able to
view my usage of the virtual credit card online at any time.

Are you still there?  

I have 2 sites that I believe will do what you're looking for, and a
3rd that might, but is unconfirmed.  I haven't been able to find any
more sites that provide anonymous shopping capabilities.  Would you
like me to post these as an answer at your $125 price point, or were
you looking for more sites than that?
