Hi lowenfeld,

NASDAQ symbols are either 4 or 5 characters.

"NASDAQ symbols are always 4 to 5 characters. The fifth character is
never an X. An X as the fifth letter is reserved for mutual funds. But
a special meaning is attached to the fifth letter..."

I also checked if any NASDAQ symbol starts with MIB. There aren't any.

Using a searchable database of symbols and abbreviations, I have found
no companies holding the MIB in either the NYSE or AMEX either. There
is however, a company in the category of General Business which uses
the MIB symbol. Would this be the company you are seeking?

Regards,
rainbow~
