Hi superbill,
Can you tell us the names of her children, if any? Any other details
will help us. Thanks.

She lived with her son in law during the Census of 1880 his name was
George Woods and her daughters name was Caroline Sterzenbach (Woods).
I know she has to have had a son as well but I can't find any
information on him yet.

Thanks.

Hi superbill,
I believe I have found the names of the son and his wife and where
they lived in 1880.

Unfortunately, I haven't found anything regarding the father (Eliza's
husband) except that he was born in Germany.

I'll keep searching and let you know if I come up with anything.

Regards,
rainbow~

Superbill,
I have come up with something but not sure if this is the same man.
There is a man who died in 1901 with the same name as the son.

However, according to the 1880 census, Eliza was widowed. So her
husband could not have died in the early 1900's.

Actually, I believe it was the son who died in 1901.
