Dear LeoBeno,
Here are several ways to immigrate.
Finding a Sponsor
=================
As mentioned before, it is not a good idea to do what you suggest.
This creates dependency in another human being who might be abusive
towards you. The best thing, is to seek employment according to your
skills, or to try and immigrate through the different immigration
programmes of the countries you mentioned.
If you're looking for an AuPair (Nanny) job, there are special
conditions and visas, that also provide you with accomodation and
flight, but on the other hand, you usually cannot change your visa
status easily afterwards, and this might be problematic.
See the Nanny Network:

For different work-related sites, for different skills, you could see:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Business/Employment/Job_Search/?il=1
For a specific list of IT related sites, see:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Business/Information_Technology/Employment/?il=1
(it is easier to find an employer who would sponsor you if you have IT
pprofession)
United States
=============
How to immigrate and work in the United States?
There are several ways, as the US Embassy in Nigeria explains:
<http://abuja.usembassy.gov/wwwhcoim.html>
The Diversity Lottery enables people from your country to immigrate to
the United States:

You should follow carefully the instructions in the State Department's
page, when you apply next year:
<http://www.travel.state.gov/dv2005.html>
You could also try to apply for fellowships that will enable you to
study in the US, funded by the US government:

Immigration to the United Kingdom
=================================
The United Kingdom also accepts immigrants, when they are skilled, or
sometimes also under other conditions.

One programme is the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, that enables
you to immigrate because of your skills (for example, IT skills):

Another option is to try to apply to be a domestic worker. You have to
be very careful if you choose this option. As I commented to you
elsewhere, this is very risky and there are many stories of abuse of
domestic workers, especially from Africa:
