Dear kencoles-ga
Sorry to hear of your problem. I am not permitted to contact you by
telephone. I am only permitted to place the answer here.

Their web site is currently not working. I have checked the domain
name owner and it is the same as you supplied in your question.

=================

I have checked with the UK Company Registration Agency - Companies
House ? and it is not registered as a Limited Company. Therefore is a
sole trader or partnership.

From the information you have supplied I suggest that this is your
best course of action.

You have not indicated how you carried out the transaction with them.
If you have paid by credit card, then contact your credit card company
and discuss the situation with them. If DBL Components have taken
money without your authority then the credit card company will need to
know and you may have some protection from their credit card consumer
protection scheme which most companies operate.
If you have paid by debit card or cheque discuss it with your bank if
you believe they altered the amounts on any payment slip/form/contract
you signed.

You should next contact either, the Local Trading Standards Authority,
or the Citizens Advice Bureau, and discuss the situation with them.
Make sure you have all the relevant information available and copies
of all the documentation you have about the transaction.

You can find out where your local Trading Standards office is by using
this web page. However, I would recommend that you speak to the
Leicester office as they may be aware of other complaints against the
company

Your local and Leicester Citizens Advice Bureaux can be found by using

Finally, if your signature has been forged, or you consider that you
have been defrauded, contact the police in Leicester. However, I
recommend that you first obtain advice from the above two agencies as
the police may initially treat it as a civil debt and refer you back
to Trading Standards.

I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is
unclear, then please ask for clarification of this research before
rating the answer. I shall respond to the clarification request as
soon as I receive it.
Thank you
