You will find the manual at the following address. Any PDF reader,
such as Adobe Acrobat, will permit you to read it.

If you should have occasion to use this service again, please give the
researcher who answers your question a chance to clarify the answer
before you assign a rating. Bear in mind that the researcher can
continue to work on your answer, but your rating is final.

I haven't had any trouble printing out the above PDF file, but perhaps
this is due to the different capabilities of my viewer. Have you tried
the Print command in Adobe Acrobat? It's under the File menu.

In any case, I've converted the file into PostScript format and placed
it at your disposal at the following address.

Download this and try to print it. If still no go, get me back to me
and we'll try something else.

As an alternative to the PDF and PS files, I've made screen captures
of each page of the English portion of the manual and stored them as
JPEG files.
