is there any software one can use to disengage any surveillnace program like vnc etc on his system? is there any software to use to know if ones system is being monitored over a network [i am putting the question bcos joe answered it after it was closed so he gets the payment here} |

Hello, sageworksinc: Thanks for reposting this question so I can get the money for it, here is the full answer: If you are suspicious about the existence of sniffers in your network, you should try antisniff: AntiSniff http://packetstormsecurity.nl/sniffers/antisniff/ It scans your network looking for a machine is running a sniffer to spy the information that runs across the network. It achieves that by looking at the promiscuous status of the network adapter and by several tests. I hope this is what you were looking for and don't hesitate to request for any clarification.
