There are actually a few more than 10:


Powers of Congress:

(1) Levy taxes, collect revenue, pay debts and provide for the general
welfare of the U.S.
(2) Borrow money
(3) Regulate interstate and foreign commerce
(4) Establish uniform rules of naturalization and bankruptcy
(5) Coin money, regulate its value and punish counterfeits
(6) Establish a postal system
(7) Enact patent and copyright laws
(8) Establish federal courts inferior to the Supreme Court
(9) Declare war and provide for the Armed Forces
(10) Impeach and try federal officers; 
(11) Have exclusive legislative power over the District of Columbia. 
(12) The Senate has the power to ratify treaties
(13) The Senate has the power confirm the nomination of public officials. 
(14) Congress also has the power to enact such laws as may be
"necessary and proper" to implement its enumerated powers in Article I
and amendments to the Constitution.

The Constitution (Article I, Section 8) empowers the Congress to levy
taxes, collect revenue, pay debts and provide for the general welfare;
borrow money; regulate interstate and foreign commerce; establish

Section 2, the Senate is given the power to consent to ratification of
treaties and confirm the nomination of public officials. Congress is

amendments to the Constitution.'
