I'm going to ask the following question in the Telecommunications
Carrier industry and I wanted to know what would be a good amount to
offer for such as question.  This questions is in fact for $2. :-)

Question: What are the worlds top telecommunications carriers using
for IP management.  Now, the scope is not to be biased towards what
I'm aware of in terms of solutions, but there are solutions from
Lucent and Cisco at that level.

Lets discuss the scope of the question and make it more contained as
well here rather than wait till the question is posted.  Consider this
