I would like to know if the St. Cloud Technical College in St. Cloud,
MN has an alumni newsletter, if this newsletter accepts contributions
from alumnus, and where I can find writer's guidelines, including what
they pay.

newsletter. There was no information though whether they accept
article contributions, or if they have wrtier's guidelines or payment
for any written material.

Would the contact information for the newsletter be enough as an

Again I only found the contact information for the Alumni Association
for this high school but no information as to the inner workings of
the newsletter but they do publish a newsletter.

The official website does not have any posted guidelines as regards to
the newsletter.
