I need to find complete database of UK zip codes with
latitude/longitude preferably in txt or csv format.

Hi,

I could tell you where you could get such information in XML format
(easily convertable to text or csv), but it will probably not be
cheap.

I'll call tomorrow for a quote.

Sorry, but I'm searching for the free database available for download.
For example I was able to find U.S. database at census.gov
