i am trying to implement a system for a library in oracle and am
having alot of problems.  I need help with the queries and validation
and things like that.  Can anyone help i would provide more details to
the person willing to help.  I really do need help with it.  I would

There are quite a few researchers here with Oracle experience, if you
could post a few examples of the types of problems you are having, I'm
sure one of us could provide good informative answers for you.
