I'm looking for the following:
Current scrapping statistics for trucks, buses (transit or school) and cars
in the U.S. or U.S. and Canada.

The sentence that follows includes what the public library was able to give
me on trucks from the Bureau of Transportation. The researcher found it through
the "Statistical Universe." Also could use a current (Between 2000 and 2003)
article which discusses scrapping in the truck industry.

"Scrapping outdated inventory is business-as-usual for many industries.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Transportation, 4,497 trucks were
scrapped from July 1, 1998 through June 1, 1999."
