Specific advice needed on tax treatment and possible exemptions of
capital gains stemming from 2 sales: 1) sale of primary residence in
the US whilst living there in 03
2) sale of prior primary residence in Holland whilst living abroad
also in 03. RElevent websites are also useful.

In addition, advice regarding how american wills are treated in
holland and on qualified domestic trusts as well as websites is
required.

There's a couple of facts that you'll need to provide.

1. what are your respective citizenships (US or Dutch)?

2. if one of you is not a US citizen, what type of visa or green card do you hold?

3. how is the US property titled (i.e. jointly)?
