I want to find the trend of rent for apartments in Redwood Shores, CA,
USA (zip code 94065). I need to have the data for the past year (june
2001 to june 2002). 5 year data is a plus but optional. I would like
to see the statistics rather than just "up" or "down".

Pls note that I'm looking for trend for rent but not sales prices,
since they do not always go in sync.

Thanks.

THIs PDF describes the supply and condition of the existing housing
stock in Redwood City. It's dated Nov 2001.

Sorry, Menlo Park 2001 is as close as I could find. The following
article has a graph.

http://www.almanacnews.com/morgue/2002/2002_03_13.rent.html

The data for the article comes from http://www.realfacts.com. Their
pricelist is scary, but you may be able to negotiate one-off data.
