Rw2-ga:

After searching DuPage County’s various websites, and utilizing
Illinois’ great online statutes,

http://www.legis.state.il.us/ilcs/chapterlist.html

I found no such lawor rules. Although anti-trust legislation seems to
be vigorously enforced in Illinois, I found no mention of a vendor
being ineligible to do business because of a past conviction. Current
anti-trust violations can and will terminate an active purchasing
relationship.

DuPage County purchasing can be completed online at:

http://66.89.229.66/purchas/

The county uses http://www.municipalnet.com ( a municipal portal) to
register prospective vendors.

I registered , and read the agreement between me (the vendor) and
municpalnet. There were no disclaimers relating to anti-trust
convictions.

You can search all the latest statutes here, as I did:

I sincerely hope this helps you in your endeavors, please do not
hesitate to ask for a clarification.

This is a good answer from the standpoint that it provides good
resources for someone to self search, but a negative response like
this (there is no such law) requires a stronger proof than 'I searched
a couple web sites and nothing turned up' to get five stars.

Been reading Slashdot, eh? :-)

Good luck on your quest. That's a byzantine system of patronage up there.
