Hello -

Can you be a bit more specific as to what you mean by "need info as
to..?" What level of detail? What scope? What kind of information?

Thanks,

Please clarify the term "mortgage servicing"? The term used most
often is a loan servicing company. In essence a lockbox service
provided for long-term mortgage holders.

Do you want to provide service to large mortgage pools? I would think
you would be priced out of the market unless you have substantial
assets and experience. Most companies that provide that service are
able to collect between 5 million and 50 million checks per month and
process them. Would you be able to compete at this level?

Otherwise the idea of servicing small quantities of checks for
individuals or very small institutions would have merit as a bussiness
niche.

In order to calculate the breakeven analysis one would need to
understand you business model. Have you developed one yet?

Yes we would be introducing this concept of servicing to smaller
financial institutions. We are structuring a business model however
the pricing factor is needed to determine what income per loan is to
be expected and at the same time we would like to have access to
industry article that may have been published.
