the whiteboard on my MSN messanger does not work.  Any suggestions?

Do you access it from the Messenger menu, Actions > Start Whiteboard...
What happens when you attempt to start the whiteboard application?
Which version of Messenger are you using?

Have you tried uninstalling MSN and reinstalling it again to see what happens?
