I want a refuind for this answer, you have already collected on the
related PVC for $200 which I said I would pay at a reduced rate of $75
once the CMAI guy helped me. He did finally but now I am hot with the
$200 and the $75. I want a refund on the $200 and will pay the $75 and
a tip as I stated before.

Blucken -

I think we have a misunderstanding of sorts.

You had posted two separate questions, each for $200, looking for an
answer for each, correct? Had I posted an answer for each of those
from a different sources, would this be even be an issue right now?

The only reason this question was lowered in price was due to what I
had mentioned to you:

"They do not have data on the "Powder Process Resin" growth rates. If
you'd like to decrease the price of that question to accommodate THIS
(emphasis added), feel free."

You lowered the price to $75 plus a future tip in good faith.

This question only had one piece of information (Powder Process Resin
growth rates) missing from the 4 you needed. If you break up what was
originally a $200 question into 4 pieces, $50 for each piece of
information, the price of this question really should have been
lowered to $150, not $75. I took the $75 in good faith because you
said you would add in a tip and wasn't going to quibble over it.

You got an answer to both questions for $275, correct? Instead of the
$400 you originally posted?

My question is, did the CMAI guy answer BOTH questions? If he did,
what is the issue? Why do you feel now that this is unfair, when you
originally posted BOTH questions at $200? Is it because both
questions were answered from the same source?

Hello again -

I just reviewed our correspondence on both questions.

Originally you posted two separate, $200 questions. After my
researching on both questions, I determined that I could find one
source to answer BOTH questions for you. I suggested to you to lower
the price of the ONE question (not BOTH questions -- just the one),
which you did, to accommodate the one piece of information that was
missing from it. There was no discussion of lowering the price of
both questions. Because there was no discussion, it was my
understanding we agreed to one answer for both questions -- one at $75
and one at $200. One source or multiple sources -- either way you
would be paying $400 for all the information, because it is indeed
worth at least $400.

With this in mind, I don't want you to walk away dissatisfied with the
service you have received.

Here is what I would be willing to do. I will cancel the $200
question. You can post a $100 tip to this $75 question bringing the
total value of your expenditure for all the information down to $175,
which I feel is very fair considering one of these questions alone is
worth $200 of information. Please post the tip first, and I will then
cancel the other question.

Thanks for your understanding,

jbf777
