where can i buy the cheapest dell desktop computer with at least: 4
PCI slots, 1 AGP slot, 2 USB 2.0 Slots, 1 Gig RAM, 3.2 MHz Processor,
800 MHz Front Side Bus, keyboard, and mouse?

gotapex.com has good dell coupons/links.  they change daily.  watch it
for a week to get an idea of their deals.  last week their was a link
to a 4800 w/800mhz fsb and i think with a 2.4ghz, for $399.  it came
with some other free stuff.  upgrade that to a 3.2ghz and yer still
quite cheap.  forums.anandtech.com often has other good coupons for
dell as well in their hot deals area.
