How do I change the display of the name of the server in the Outlook popup button?
I am running Outlook 2003 against an exchange 2003 serer in RPC over HTTP mode.

How do I change the display of the name of the server in the Outlook popup button?

Outlook has a bubble that pops up out of the system tray when it loses
contact with the exchange server, when the connection is shaky.

It says:

Microsoft Office Outlook

Outlook is trying to retrieve data from the Microsoft Exchange Server
mail1.hostingprovider.net.

Is there a registry hack for outlook 2003 that can change his to say a
different name for the server?
If not, can we just not have it mention any server name, and just say
that ?Outlook is trying to retrieve data from the Microsoft Exchange
Server?

I don?t want to have to reinstall the exchange server to do it. I?d
like to kill it on the client end.

Thanxs in advnce,
