A chinese IT full services provider with 15 years of operating
history, who has approximately 200 employees in 15 offices across
three provinces, is looking for interested U.S. technology firms for
partnership/investment.

Please identify a list of U.S. IT technology firms who are looking to
enter into Chinese market, who are interested in working with a
chinese company with proven operating history. This chinese company is
open to different partnership options; including but not limited to
private investment.

Thanks for your question! "IT" is a pretty broad description of what
your activities can be. Can you be more specific on what kind of
activities focusing on.
I estimate you will be a state-owned company. Could you also indicate
what for the specified field could be the legal limitations in terms
of ownership by the foreign party?

Hello there,

This is a closely held private business; not state-owned. Per the
company legal counsel, no legal restriction on the foreigh ownership.

IT services this company provides:

1. Systems Integration.
2. Network Security.
3. IT Infrastructure Solutions.
4. Outsourcing.
5. Hardware/Software Maintenance.

Again, it's a full services provider.
