The Finnish National Archives appear to have a fairly extensive
collection related to the Friendship Society.  While it is certainly
unlikely they would depart with original vouchers, (if they possess
them), they might certainly be a source of leads.

Have you been in contact with them at all?

Nope have not tried the FNA, it may indeed be a possible lead. Have
contacted the heir of the FSFS at http://www.venajaseura.com/ and
never rev'd any response...

so I'll leave this question for another researcher to tackle.  But if
there's anything in particular you would like one of us to pursue
(e.g. identifying contacts or info sources at FNA) let us know by
