telegram with same day delivery or a mailgram with second day
delivery: You can send a 20 word message by P.O.M. to the President,
Vice-President, Governor, or federal and state legislators for about
$9.95. (Your name and address are not counted as part of the message
in this plan unless there are additional signers).
Have a draft of your message ready. Call Western Union at
1-800-325-6000 or 1-800-632-2271 and tell the operator you?d like to
send a Public Opinion Message (also known as a Public Opinion
Telegram). He or she will walk you through the entire process. A
mailgram can be delivered in the next day's mail ($18.95 for 50 words
INCLUDING your name and address). If you so choose, the cost can be
charged to your phone bill.

B. A telegram to ALL MEMBERS OF THE SENATE. In this plan, each and
