Hi futuro,
Are you interested in purchasing the printed copy or will online
articles suffice? If the latter, I can lead you to information for
purchasing online articles dated back to 1991. If you remember the
description of the article, I can verify if it is available for
purchase.
Regards,
rainbow~

Hi,
I need the hardcopy version. I can access the online copy of the
article I need but want to obtain the hardcopy version with the
photographs - which are not in the online copy of the article I am
interested in. Thank you.

The Journal Star site says:

"...If you would like to read the complete story, back issues of the
Journal Star are on microfilm at local libraries."

That may be your best bet, iether through an in-person visit, or
through interlibrary loan.

I would prefer the articles photos to be as clear as possible. And
microfilm does not usually give me the clarity I am looking for. If I
could not get the original paper I would be happy with enhanced
photocopies

"Enhanced photocopies are printed on photographic paper and can only
be made from original newspapers or periodicals. They cannot be made
from microfilm. All enhanced copies are of complete pages only. The
quality of reproduction is superior to that of standard photocopies
and the copies are suitable for exhibition and display."

Thank you for your interest in my question.
