It's stuck in my head:)
It is probable from the 60's and have that times characteristic Beatles sound.

The singers is males. I would imagine that the title would be "tell me
when" as they sing it over and over again.

I remember few words from the lyrics:

"I know, I know, I'll never gonna let you go"  "so tell me when......."

I am not sure this is an American band. It could be English.

The song is haunting me and have done that for several years. Heeeeeelp!!!!!
