I need assistance URGENTLY

I am doing a thesis on People, Tools and Processes in an Outsourcing Business

I need material that explains the Role,Purpose or function of People,
Tools and Processes in a Business Organisation (need not be I.T
specific).

I also need material that illustrates 'the History of Computer or I.T
Security'The purpose of this is to coroborate my theory that the
security aspect of I.T has been neglected.

I will appreciate it if someone can supply me with the above
information as soon as possible.

Maybe you did not get an answer because you´re asking a rather
complicated question that requires a lot of research work but do not
offer an appropriate pricing.
