Question ID: 287570
Looking for industry information on server technologies; what are the
latest (w/ in the last 12 months) developments that have the potential
to get large corporations (that have many, many servers) to look at
making significant changes?
One example is the use of Virtual Machines that have the potential to
multiply processing power n-fold, if implemented right.

What are others? Please limit your responses to Intel-based servers
w/ Windows 200x technologies and "above", and also to technologies
that would be attractive to large enterprises (Fortune 100 companies).

Thanks!
