I'm in need of a bilingual researcher that can translate a paper from
English to Spanish (the Mexican version of Spanish). I have questions
1-5 translated, but I'm adding them in incase they have any errors. If
possible, I want all of the questions translated into polite form. A
friend translated 1-5 for me, so if any of those questions aren't in
polite form, if you could change them that'd be great.

What I need translated is the following:

-------------------
Survey

1. How old are you
2. What is your nationality/ethnicity?
3. What is your family's annual income?
4. Have you ever been stopped by police for anything other than a
traffic violation?
5. Has anyone in your family ever been stopped by police for the same reason?
6. Has anyone in your family ever been arrested? If not, please skip
questions #7 and #8.
7. If so, was it for drug use/alcohol use or other (if "other" you
don't need to name the incident)
8. Did you feel that they were treated equally by law enforcement? If
they were tried in court, did you feel that they were treated fairly
by the judicial system?
9. Have you ever been discriminated against because of your ethnicity?
10. If so, where did this discrimination take place? In school?
Online? At work?
11. Do you have any family members in America who speak a language
other than English as their primary language? If not, please skip to question #15.
12. If so, did any of them come directly from another country?
13. Do you feel that they were always treated equally by law
enforcement, schools, peers, etc?
14. Upon arriving in America, did they intergrade well with the rest
of American society? I.e. got a job, made friends, etc.
15. Do you think that anything should be changed in how immigrants are
viewed by American society, or are you pleased with the way things
are?
16. And finally, may I use your answers for statistical purposes in my report?

Thank you, that concludes the interview.

-------------------

And this is what I have so far:

1. ¿Cuántos años tiene?
2. ¿Cuál es su nacionalidad/etnicidad?

Update: I changed the topic of my paper to "Italian Immigrants" from
"Mexican Immigrants," so I no longer need this survey translated.
Thank you for looking at my question.
