Dear rosie021,
After extensive research, I managed to locate a map showing the Rio
Lingove in Mozambique. The river has its beginning on the territory of
the neighboring state of Malawi, then crosses the border to Mozambique
and runs through the Tete Province before meeting the Rio Révubué
(please not this alternate spelling of "Revubwe"; it is also called
"Rio Révuboé" sometimes). So the Rio Lingove is indeed a tributary of
the Rio Révubué.
For your convenience, I have modified the map by marking the Rio
Lingove in blue and the Rio Révubué in green. Please follow this link
to see the map:

I recommend that you download the map for further use since it is only
temporarily stored online.
As you can see, the Rio Lingove runs only approximately 10 km / 6
miles north of the town of Tsangano, which has the geographic position
15° 09' S / 34° 33' E, so it fits with the coordinates for the Rio
Lingove you provided.
In case you'd also like to see the unmodified version of the map,
please follow this link:

Unfortunately, the map is neither very large nor in high resolution; I
had to use additional graphics tools to enlarge and enhance the focus
of the image enough to work with it. But it should at least give you a
general impression of the geographic situation and the direction of
the Rio Lingove.
As for the Bandi river: Even most extensive research did not reveal
any body of water of the name Bandi or of a similar name in that
region. Are you absolutely sure that this is the name of a river? If
necessary, I will gladly do additional research; but at the moment,
there is not the slightest trace a river called Bandi or the like
exists in the Tete Province of Mozambique. Please let me know whether
there are points that indicate that the river might also have a name
significantly different from "Bandi".
